Cancellation Policy

• Confirmed Booking cancelled 14 days prior to Arrival – No cancellation will be charged.
• Confirmed Booking cancelled 10 days prior to Arrival 50% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
• Confirmed Booking cancelled 7 days prior to Arrival 75% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
• Confirmed Booking turning into No Show 100% Retention charges will be applicable.

Cancellation Charges

• 05% ( processing charges ) will be charged on cancellation.

Check In Formality

• As per the directive given by the Government of India – Department of Tourism & GOA Police, all Indian Nationals MUST COMPULSORILY produce proper proof of identification upon check-in.
• Valid Identification documents include Passport, Voters ID card, Current Driver’s License, PAN card or a Credit Card. Documents MUST include a photograph.
• All Foreign Nationls MUST COMPULSORILY produce a Passport with valid VISA.
• Check – In 2:00 PM And Check – Out 12:00 noon
• Early Check In – Before 6 AM Full Room Charges will be applicable inclusive of Breakfast.
• Rooms Between 6 AM to 10 AM Rs.1,500/- will be charged inclusive of Breakfast on Double Occupancy ( As per the Room Availability ) Extra Person charges as applicable.
• Late Check Out charges till 6 PM Rs.1000/- ( As per the Room Availability ) and Full Room Charges will be applied post 6 PM.
